Usually reserved for jewellers, quality specimens like this are hard to come by and attract high prices. A great Aussie Gemstone. At 117g this is a good sized specimen and worthy for collection, but I think it will be made into jewellery. This material is called Lemon Chrysoprase and seldom seen available to buy.

Our photos do no justice to this specimens bright colours under fluorescence. This specimen proved hard to photograph. Yellow and Purple Fluorescent colours are hard to come by in the mineral world. There is no more of this Calcite in the ground.

BUSTAMITE SPECIMEN
This is an unusually nice Bustamite Specimen featuring many quite gemmy crystals poking out of the Galena matrix. There are also some nice dark Garnet crystals apparent. Bustamite is quite a bit rarer than the Rhodonite more often found with the Galena from this location. The colour and shape of the crystals in this matrix are also above average. This is a great overall example of Broken Hill minerals to add to your Australian mineral collection.

A great little specimen of Native Gold in a box with a magnifying lid. The gold is perched on top of the quartz matrix. It’s a really nice little crystal and great example of native gold in quartz. Gold is a noble metal and a native metal. The former for it’s resistance to corrosion and the latter as it has a single element, symbol Au. Gold and humans go way back, for better and for worse. A cute little specimen like this would grace any collection. Another beaut Aussie rock!
