A great hand sized Australian Vivianite Specimen. The piece is partially polished to show the rich deep blue hue. This is pretty rare stuff and is used more and more in jewellery. I imagine that will be the case with this piece. However many people do collect the specimens too and keep them intact. A lot of Good Bad and Ugly Chrysoprase Rough Aussie stone for sale. An amazing colour for a rough stone of apple green, once polished it will be quite striking. Usually reserved for jewellers, lots like this are hard to come by and attract high prices. A great Aussie Gemstone. Worthy for a scoop and selling some that you don’t use to your friends at the local lapidary club for making into jewellery.
