Frequently Asked Questions

Really simple you can click on the product, then click on ADD TO CART.  This adds each item you click on to your shopping cart.  Do this for all the items you would like to purchase, these items will show up in the shopping bag symbol at the top right of your screen.  If you hover over the shopping bag symbol there will be an option to VIEW CART, that’s where you can edit or change your order.  Once you have all the items in your cart and are happy to proceed you can go to CHECKOUT.  Checkout is where you enter you address, phone, any instruction or notes, choose freight method, choose payment method (either Direct Deposit or PayPal).  Freight will be automatically calculated.  With PayPal you can pay with several methods, if you have your own PayPal account or with a standard credit card or visa type card.  You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

When buying from the website we take credit/debit card or bank transfer.  To pay with a debit or credit card click on the Paypal option (you don’t need a Paypal account).  If you have a Paypal account you can also pay with your Paypal account balance or from your bank account as preferred.

The prices are listed in Australian Dollars AUD$.

Auspost is used for shipping in Australia and to the rest of the world.

Orders are sent out every weekday and sometimes Saturday morning. As soon as payment is received your order will be shipped. We will email you with a tracking number and details of your order. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on the shipping method you choose. Express orders usually arrive next business day within Australia, though we cannot guarantee this. We post orders as quickly as possible.

We go to great effort to give you accurate photos and don’t enhance or doctor the images with the likes of photoshop, all we do is resize and crop – no enhancement.

Enter your email address on the right and enter your order ID (from order confirmation email).
