ROGERLEY MINE FLUORITE CLUSTER BLUE
A beautiful cluster of daylight-fluorescent Rogerley Mine Fluorite Cluster Blue Birds Pocket. This stunning fluorite cluster comes from “Bluebirds Pocket” Zone #2 in the world famous Rogerley Mine in England. It is super- fluorescent, with a bright blue shining through in daylight! My photos don’t do it justice. Featuring several twinned crystals and a lovely deep emerald-like green which changes to electric blue under UV light or sunlight. This is spectacular stuff and very collectible, coming from the only mine in England to operate purely for mineral specimens. There is limited material from this pocket. This specimen is spectacular and would show better Blue colour with an overcast sky, a blue sky has more white light which tends to wash out the blue colour effect from UV light. Three photos taken outdoor show some Blue Daylight Fluorescence, though it is usually more apparent in more overcast weather. The two bluest photos were taken under long wave ultraviolet light in a normally lit room during the day.
ROGERLEY MINE FLUORITE
Fluorite from the Rogerley Mine is highly sought after for its daylight fluorescence and the top quality crystals it forms. This piece is no exception, showing a stunning emerald green colour indoors and turning electric blue when under UV light and some where in between in day light (as the sun naturally radiates UV light). The daylight fluorescence is particularly marked in overcast weather, but very noticeable in any conditions. Photos are taken both indoors, under Long Wave light.
The daylight fluorescence is suspected to be caused by the inclusion of Rare Earth Elements (REE), minerals including phosphates (monazite and xenotime) and fluorocarbonates (mainly synchysite).

HELIODOR CRYSTAL RARE
A beautifully coloured Heliodor Crystal Rare is available for sale. These are uncommon. If you collect rare Gemstones or Beryls you would do very well to snap this one up. This Heliodor shows gorgeous colour and has natural terminations. This beauty is from the private collection. Exceptional qualities of this specimen are double termination and an interesting attached smaller Crystal also well terminated. The photos don’t do this piece justice and it looks more spectacular in person.

CRYSTAL MOLYBDENITE
A large lustrous specimen of an Aussie Crystal Molybdenite. There is no matrix to speak of, it’s all crystal. Hard to find in this size. Molybdenite is the main ore of the metal molybdenum. A great addition to your metals collection. Some are using specimens like this Molybdenite Crystal as a power transistor by slight modification in the lab. The Yellow oxide on the back of this specimen is a good indicator of Bismuthinite. This specimen was difficult to photograph due to the metals high reflection.

CUPRITE CRYSTALS
A cluster of awesome Cuprite Crystals. This specimen shows great octahedral crystal shape and in the sun or very bright torch the beautiful red colour is visible. A true collection piece is rare and hard to find great Cuprite specimens like this one. There is Copper and Silver Oxide in the crevices of the Cuprite. TOP GALENA SPECIMEN
Stunning Top Galena Specimen, very well formed and shiny. This is a really aesthetic piece with great shape, well formed crystals and glossy wet surfaces. The Crystals have formed Cubic shape with the corners missing forming a Cuboctahedron or Octacube. There is a small section of Truncated (stepped) Crystal Galena and a few small Quartz Crystals. I suspect there is a higher Silver content which helps create these glossy Crystals, amazing. A superb specimen from a premier location. Start or add to your own metals collection.

VERA CRUZ AMETHYST
A beautiful Vera Cruz Amethyst Crystals cluster! One of those crystals you know the location of as soon as you see it. Delicately coloured, well terminated and with some small crystals and Calcite Quartz matrix. Treat yourself. This Vera Cruz Amethyst shows the triagonal habit of this quartz, with three of the 6 sides much larger than the other three, giving a triangular look to it.
Amethyst: A purple variety of quartz. The colour is caused by iron (Fe4+) impurities.

An awesome Pink Tourmaline Quartz 3. This chunk of Quartz is full of deep pink Tourmaline crystals. The pink and white are a great contrast. This is a sturdy specimen and a good hand sized rock.
