Specimen of Rogerley Mine Fluorite Crystals from Weardale. This cluster has good crystal formation. We have taken photos indoors, outside and also under long wave ultraviolet light. This particular specimen shows daylight fluorescence. RUBY ZOISITE
A lovely rough deep coloured Ruby Crystal surrounded by sparkling green Zoisite. A classic mineral combo from this part of the world. This combination of minerals is also known as Anyolite. Violet coloured Zoisite is known as Tanzanite. Both are members of the Epidote group. Ruby is the red or pink version of Corundum, blue and other colours are known as Sapphire.
