A Giant Garnet Crystal. These are old stock we’ve dusted off and are rare to come across nowadays. This lovely Australian Almandine Garnet shows great crystal shape and has some chlorite schist on a couple of faces. Super-collectible Aussie classic. This material was retrieved during the 1980’s, the mine is no longer in operation.

A stunning cluster of a geometrically shaped Barite Crystal Stack. There is no matrix on this piece, just pure, well formed crystals which make it an ideal addition to a collection. Also known as Baryte, it is named after the Greek word for ‘weight’ which is considerable for a non-metallic material. A very nice specimen 🙂 and not so easy to find lately.

An incredible metal specimen featuring Galena Quartz Sphalerite crystals. The base of Galena is covered in tetrahedral Sphalerite with cubic Galena crystals on top. Thin, clear, terminated Quartz crystals cluster around them. Some pyrite or chalcopyrite is also visible on the matrix. This is why Bulgarian minerals are so cool and so highly sought after. To have 3 perfect crystal shapes on one specimen is awesome!
